Possible content for the C tutorial:

  1. Write a simple C code in vscode
  2. Compile the C code in terminal
  3. Run the C code and see the output
  4. Write an example with a slightly complicated C code (two .c file, a .h file, linking with the math library -lm)
  5. Compile the complicated C code and run
  6. Perhaps we should explain more about compilation and linking.
  7. Provide links for online resources

For Fortran, the tutorial is similar.
