Update Default Kibana Dashboads

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a SCB User i would like to get some example Kibana Dashboards if i install a fresh stack instance of the secureCodeBox. Right now there are only 3 Dashboards delivered out of the box:

• "Daily Summary"
• "Overall Overview"
• "Portscan Dashboard"

But there are a lot of additional Scanner supported by the SCB. A corresponding Kibana Dashboard would be helpful.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add additional example Kibana Dashboards and visualizations which are installed out of the box, e.g.

• "SSH Dashboard"
• "SSL Dashboard"
• "SubDomain Dashboard"

@J12934 I would suggest that we use this issue to separate the Kibana update from #164 Therefore I introduced a new configuration option to disable the initial kibana import from the engine (during startup)
