全局安装的 makit 读取局部安装的 makit 并替换掉自己。这样总是可以全局安装一个，并且遵守本地安装的版本。可以用 child_process 的 exec 来实现。具体俩功能：

全局 makit 尝试调用本地 makit
本地 makit 不存在时提示（参考 mocha、eslint）
