If you want to authenticate using a Personal Access Token (PAT), you must specify the desired workspace_id in the constructor.
Perhaps like this...

client = Seam::Client.new(
  base_uri: api_url,
  # Specify PAT.
  api_key: api_key,
  # Specify workspace ID.
  workspace_id: workspace_id
)
