Finish blockers for v1
Migration guide from seamapi Ruby gem #3
Move seamapi/javascript to seamapi/ruby-legacy and close all issues and archive repo.
Move seamapi/ruby-next to seamapi/ruby
Mark seamapi gem deprecated
Publish v1 of seam gem and post migration guide on release page.
Ensure all docs are updated to use new package.
