create vbase-3-setup without scss

I use vue-vscode-snippets daily! and every time I create a new component I need to remove the lang scss from the <style> tag. Can I add a snippet without the scss setting on the <style> tag?

It should be possible with just vbase-3-ts-setup or vbase-3-ts (if you don't use the composition API)
