Purpose or design rationale of this PR

This is fully Darwin compatible upgrade. With more efficient processing of zktrie proofs.

Only chunk prover needs to be upgraded. (Batch prover is optional, actually not needed)

Will mark it as ready after Sepolia Darwin upgrade.
