Added Adverbs, Prepositions and Adjective for French

Description

This PR introduces three files to extract all the data types for French using SPARQL queries. As of now, nouns, verbs, emojis, and translate files were present. With this PR, the files for Adverbs, Adjectives and prepositions have been added.

The queries were successfully run on https://query.wikidata.org/

One thing to consider here @KesharwaniArpita is to make sure that we have the queries as simple as possible. If we already have the lemma, then let's return it as the word type in question instead of calling the label service as that's a minor bit of extra load on the Wikidata Query Service :)
