List jobs in Options tab by pipeline order

What happened:

1. Under "Options" tab where jobs are listed listing jobs by pipeline order is beneficial for enabling/disabling pipelines without worrying about errors in doing so. Also if possible provide a sort option for sorting by name etc.,
2. List jobs with alternatively colored rows so that identifying the toggle buttons is easy since the buttons are too far away and not easily identifiable, when trying to toggle them it takes some effort and leads to eye strain on larger monitors to identify which job are we trying to toggle

What you expected to happen:

1. By default jobs under "Options" tab to be listed by pipeline order with options to sort
2. Better UI experience in the Options tab

How to reproduce it:
Go to any pipeline and select "Options" tab where "Jobs" are listed
