mingw-w64 and mingw-32 are not installed

apt-get remove --purge <packagename> && apt-get autoremove && apt-get install -f

nothing changed.

Am I doing something wrong??

should be the package witch is giving you issues , in case mingw-32 then it should be apt-get remove --purge mingw-32 && apt-get autoremove && apt-get install -f
