Purpose

Introduces version 2 of the docker-machine-driver-scaleway. 🎉

It is a total rewrite of the driver with our new scaleway-sdk-go.

This new version will:

  • Support all new instance types
  • Fix issues with other instance types
  • Introduce new instance features (placement group, ..)
  • Comes with a new documentation

Feature proposals, feedbacks or comments are welcome! 🚀

Docker Machine has been deprecated, so I guess this won't happen?
