Add comprehensive documentation on what all to setup when a new semester starts, create scripts for the same
Simulate students trying to contribute to understand permissions handling etc.
Explore further actions for automation
Make an action to create a folder when the config file changes
combine multiple on statements to allow for scheduling actions and manual trigger
