disable_xconsole missing r10k #316

Hi Steffen,

In the master branch I find the $disable_xconsole defined in ::rsyslog::client.
However when using R10K , the code that is being pulled is different (aparently older), which does NOT invlude this parameter.

Though the project URL linked to in the above puppetforge link is right here, but apparently is different.

help , cause we really need this parameter.
