Only save when searching for new items

Even when loading an existing set of Items, if the save option is provided it will resave the file.
This isn't a major problem but can be annoying as it will save minified, not formatted JSON for one, and also it prevents 'save' from being reused in downstream uses (such as sat-fetch) to save derived items.
