Description
As a team lead (Danni) I would like to investigate whether we could use the location tracking functionality for other pipelines e.g. Hi-C, extractions as they currently have no tracking:

  • HiC is not currently tracked through Traction, but has a requirement for location tracking - they use fluidX racks and labwhere
  • Extractions are also not in Traction, but use fluidX racks and labwhere
  • Both these processes have a requirement for location and coordinates
