Set up nginx in a dockerized django environment

Dockerfile:

FROM nginx:1.23.4-alpine

RUN rm /etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf
COPY nginx.conf /etc/nginx/conf.d

nginx.conf:

upstream appname {
