Очень часто работает функция SamsonLocale::current при каждой генерации ссылки, нужно это пересмотреть или сделать кеш или убрать
Фукнционал получения текущей локали используется абсолютно везде, нужно сделать получение этих данных прозрачным и главное очень быстрым
