Hi, I'm interested in using UN1CA but I only see the A71 is supported and wanted to see if the A71 5G UW variant is supported.

Specs are the same as the A71 non-5G variant.

Is this device bootloader even unlockable since it's for the US market?

Well, you can break it I imagine, just like the other samsung devices? Don't see what's too special about this one. Any idea if I can find out without actually messing with it?

That's not how things work. If your device bootloader can't be unlocked there's no way to flash any type of custom images, this is the case for Samsung USA/Canada devices (#129).
