Since version 2.2.2, an option to completely disable the integrated PIF has been added in the ROM. At the time of writing it's possible to pass STRONG verdict via external modules, it wasn't as simple as it seems so here are the steps I followed thanks to @salvogiangri:

UN1CA includes an integrated Play Integrity Fix and, since 2.1.5, it doesn't requires anymore a root solution such as Magisk or KernelSU to work properly. This means that both BASIC and DEVICE verdicts should pass out of the box. No extra Magisk/KernelSU modules are required, so uninstall any if you did install them previously.
The integrated Play Integrity Fix can be updated in case DEVICE verdict won't pass anymore, to do this simply open the Settings app, go in UN1CA Settings and tap "Play Integrity Fix version". Once updated, make sure to reboot your device in order for the changes to apply properly.
If you're having troubles pasing both BASIC and DEVICE verdicts, it means something is wrong with your root setup, so please check what root solution/extra modules you're using and if they could be conflicting with the integrated solution in the ROM.
More specifically, if you're using Magisk, make sure both GMS and Play Store apps are selected in DenyList, including all their processes. You might also need to enable "Enforce DenyList" in Magisk settings depending whether or not you have installed extra modules that replace such feature like Shamiko.
"This app is still detecting root!"
If you did follow all the above but your app is still detecting root, please make sure that:
