Deleted Safe Accounts Still Appear in "My Accounts" List and Move to the Bottom

Bug description

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: fxcore mainnet

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to 'https://safe.functionx.io/welcome/accounts' with exist account
2. Delete an existing Safe account from the list.
3. Observe that the deleted account is moved to the very bottom of the list, instead of being fully removed.

Obtained result

The deleted Safe account remains in the list, but is moved to the bottom.

Expected result

Deleted Safe accounts should be completely removed from the "My Accounts" list, without appearing at the bottom.
