Bug description

Switching the wallet is not reflected in the UI

Environment

Prod

Steps to reproduce

Open a Safe
Connect a wallet via MM
Switch Account in MM
Observe the account switches correctly in the UI
Disconnect wallet in the UI
Connect to MM again
Switch Account
Observe the account is not switching in the UI
