Describe the bug
Execute button should be enabled only for the tx with the nonce that can be executed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a few txs in the queue list
Try to execute the latest created tx
Current result: the error appears because it can not be executed before other created txs

Expected behavior
Make sure that Execution button is available only for the tx that can be executed now according to the safe nonce

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: pixel 6
Android Version: android 13
App Version 3.23.0
