Neotest is just too slow on a big codebase. Vim-test looks like it'll take some tinkering to get it to behave the way I want, but seems better behaved.
Updated the scripts and docs to match.
- Install lsp-file-operations to fix imports when we rename files - Install eslint_d for faster linting of JS - Add helpful comments on a bunch of the plugins
Switch to managing neovim plugins with lazy.nvim
This got lost in other recent cleanups I did.
I don't need the filter now that I'm not using it.
It [got renamed](neovim/nvim-lspconfig#3232) recently.
Can't make up my mind.
