I encountered several times the problem that I need to login twice into the Requirements Bazaar with my learning layers account. I will attach a screenshot.

I'm not sure if this is really a duplicate of #142. In #142 it was more about the website reloading data in the background without the user noticing.
#142 is fixed now, so we can wait and see if this problem occurs again.
