Support scanning for records instead of requiring enumerating them

The Maven plugin should support scanning for records in the module it is being used. Currently one is required to enumerating the records one wish to have a matcher generated for them, using

  <includes>
    <include>com.myapp.MyRecord</include>
    <include>com.myapp.MyOtherRecord</include>
...

Introducing scanning should probably have some facilities for excluding, or other means to resolve found records which either should not be included, or in some ways creates problems.
