Add edit option to translations menu

This would allow for faster and easier editing of translated resources. Instead of looking for it in the res tree it would open from the link. Nice to have I think :)

Well, you currently can edit the translation by clicking on its language (the one with the flag).
But as discussed on IRC, adding an entry in the sub menu would be more "obvious".
