I installed the OpenWeather data provider.
But it seems there is something wrong with Yesterdays Value / Todays Value:

Unter weather provider check sprinklers_pi show yesterdays value: 0.51mm precipitation / todays value: 16mm (request started in sprinkler_pi at 15:00 local time)

Looking direct at OpenWeather it shows yesterday from 17:00 - 23:00 local time 15.9 mm precipitation and today 0mm. The local time and time zone is set correct on the raspi.

I'm at CEST time zone (=UTC+2)

Openweather has a strange way of getting today's historical weather. The way I solved it might have issues with positive timezones. I'll take a look when I get a chance.

This is a problem in the UK. As reported above the data is 24 hours wrong most of the time
