GUI clean-up and unit tests
Add in lifecycle support (sync with internal workspace)
Simulator test case for PLC (maybe, in CI)
Code comments and Doxygen
Sanitizer and memory management
Take a harder look at the message type interface
Better documentation and a use case design to show how this can be implemented in a packing workflow.

@dejaniraai I will be doing the above from time-to-time, please let me know if you would like to work on any of these.

It has been a while since. It looks like there has not been any progress on these points.
Are these points still valid? Are there new insights?
