Thanks @SSSSamZhu . It is indeed strange that yarpmanager does not start. On my system, yarpmanager indeed returns immediatly, but the yarpmanager windows is opened, so a bit of questions:

• Are you sure that the yarpmanager window is not open somewhere even if the application is returning?
• Did you tried to ensure that yarpserver is running before launching yarpmanager?
• Does yarpmanager-console work?
• Does yarpview work?
• Does yarpmotorgui work?

Can you report the output of set ? I think there is some other Qt library in the path that is being used instead of the one of conda.

Since we've had some weird issues with anaconda3 on Linux before, I chose to remove Anaconda3 first. After I removed the environment variable for anaconda3, an error message returned after running yarpmanager. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Chinese system. The system prompts that QT5Gui cannot be found. It is suggested that I reinstall the program. I eventually fixed the problem by reinstalling it.

Yes, in general it is not a good idea to install two conda distribution such as Anaconda3 and mambaforge, and add both of them to the PATH, for example via default activation of the base environment, as they could install different version of the same dll, as you see in this case.
