Production setup - Error while restarting the apache server

I am in the process of setting up an production instance in Ubuntu 
distribution. I have followed the instructions given in 
https://code.google.com/p/rfdoc/wiki/ProductionEnvironment 

However, I ma getting following error while re-starting the apache

command supplied - sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

Error :

Syntax error on line 3 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/rfdoc.conf:
Invalid command 'Define', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not 
included in the server configuration
Action 'configtest' failed.

The Apache error log may have more information.
  ...fail!
