Production Phase Machine Info

Hi,

during the Exploration Phase there is the problem that a team can only check if the report of a machine was correct by observing the points. Since this is possbile, I would propose that we have a clear way of comunicating the ground trooth, best I guess is to just publish the MachineInformation on the team peer.

But I am open for other Ideas as well.
