Add version to genome archive

The reference genome archive is created from a concrete version of distmap (different files included) and mapper, and it might differ between versions (e.g., bwa index depending on the version). Adding a file to check if the version is the proper one might be useful. The file should contain:

• Mapper version or binary checksum - this could allow to check if mapping will be performed with the same binary.
• Distmap version or genome-index-archive version. This should be a necessary check and should follow SemVer to see if there are incompatible changes from previous versions.
