Multiple animals

It would be helpful for the docs to clarify what happens in the multi-animal situation. Based on this thread #3 it is not clear if multiple animals would be represented as multiple files or multiple PoseEstimation objects within the same file. If the latter, then it would be useful to add field for storing the name/ID of the animal.
