I can not understand why you are using the F matrix as a state transition vector. F matrix is the partial derivatives of the function f(). In other papers I read that you must solve the state transition matrix Φ from the differential equation Φ_dot = FΦ, where F is the partial derivatives of the function f() . Can you explain please?
