The "Build Automation" category is missing from the Landscape view

Describe the bug

The other categories are present in the Landscape view, each in its own section, but not "Build Automation".

To Reproduce

Just go to landscape.riscv.org and look at the landing page.

Expected behavior

I expect the "Build Automation" category to be present, probably at the top of the page since it's the first category on the category list that the side panel brings up.

@ghghost - Thanks for flagging! Those Filters should be greyed out, as they are in Landscape mode (as they are not ready to be rolled out yet.

@rpsene - Can you look at hiding the upper Filters in Card Mode?
