Currently, all manually entered licenses are grouped together as one tag
(eg https://landscape.riscv.org/card-mode?license=apache-2-0-solderpad-2-1-epl-2-0&grouping=license)

Can field be re-worked to allow tagging of multiple licenses, where the filters will still work properly
