This repo is R Data Extraction and Visualization based on Funf Application.
The Funf Open Sensing Framework is an Android-based extensible framework, originally developed at the MIT Media Lab, for doing phone-based mobile sensing. Funf provides a reusable set of functionalities enabling the collection, uploading, and configuration for a broad range of data types. More detils, you can visit this link
If you are doing a research, collecting personal user data, and use Funf application as your data collector application you can use this project to extract and visualize your data. This project based on R programming language.
The codes in this project contain four of important parts:
- Data Extraction : Codes for extracting data from raw data
- Data Visualization : Codes for visualize your data, based on ggplot, ggvis, or shiny web plot
- Utilities : Utilities codes
- Data Documentation : Data about the data, data documentation in pdf format
