[SSO] Sonarqube SSO in OCP #176

So, Sonarqube supports a delegated authentication [1] through different methods: Gitlab, Github, LDAP, SAML, etc.

Also, there is a upstream plugin that provides OCP integration [2]

This plugin enables user authentication and Single Sign-On via OpenShift.
This plugin will map OpenShift groups to Sonarqube roles.
