Owncloud is linking to opentlc, instead of the cluster

Firstly - congrats to all of you for the brilliant work on UJ - It's great!
We're using it for vic transport pilot, and I love it.

Dunno if this is just an issue for our instance, or for the whole thing, but sharing is caring!

The Owncloud button on our dashboard is pointing to
https://owncloud.apps.hivec.sandbox545.opentlc.com/

Whereas nearly all the other apps link to our cluster
r2r.vic.apac.rht-labs.com/

(the only exception is: Hashicorp)

This is a classic @eformat level support ticket. He always uses these opentlc clusters! 👯‍♂️

Althou - it was probs me who merged that in without noticing 🗡️
