Could not restart vosk

Hi, I experienced an issue with the Vosk addon. I tried to restart it and got
Can't create container from addon_47701997_vosk: 409 Client Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.45/containers/create?name=addon_47701997_vosk: Conflict ("Conflict. Sounds like it's trying to run two copies of the add-on.

I have no two copies. Restarting the whole home assistant helps. It seems that when I try to restart the previous version does not stops
