I've tested the changes and they work. Once we merge this PR, we either need to update old links pointing towards restate.dev/docs or inserting a redirect from restate.dev/docs to the subdomain docs.restate.dev. We have a few in the runtime code base as well as in this documentation. The latter ones should probably be relative links instead of absolute ones to begin with.
