How each RToken upgrade will work:

  1. Governance grants ownership of Main to the spell and casts spell 1.
  2. After claiming reward tokens, rebalancing, and processing all revenue: Governance casts spell 2.

Deployed to 0x1744c9933feb8e76563fce63d5c95a4e7f967c2a on base and 0xB1Df3a104D73FF86F9AAaB60B491A5c44b090391 on mainnet
