Require Signup

Despite the usefulness of anonymity, we will need user signups to avoid spam. In this way if say a user flags a Release as spam, we can easily remove all Releases by that User.

It will also allow heading in the direction of not having regular Users add Releases, but allow us to have maintainers for Shows instead.
