Update repo with project structure

atm we only have basic boilerplate code in the repo. I think it will better to have a proper project structure in the repo . otherwise in the initial PR's we will experience confusions regarding this structure.

@CharithW Love the idea. But looks like someone else have also created the app in native. So, if it's good I might let him do the app. But it will be on Native Android. I can only help with React Native.

Haha... Some need react native some need native. But looks like the native guys have done a better job. Let's see :-)
