Currently Clerk supports a single Git repository per instance. This means supporting multiple repos requires deployment of multiple Clerk instances.

We should update the data model to accommodate history over multiple repos. This will also require updates to how configuration/authentication works as well as UX updates such as including the repo name in messages posted to Slack to disambiguate events.
