Add option for TRUE time values instead of relative

If I tell it to give me the Sunrise and Sunset times for a specific Lat/Long that is different from my own, it gives me the times relative to my location. e.g. 06:03am becomes 12:03am

What I would like to see is the actual times for Sunrise and Sunset for that location, not their times offset from my own time.
i.e. 06:03am stays as 06:03am regardless of where I or my HA is located.
