In this commit in plone.app.z3cform I tell z3c.dependencychecker to not complain about plone.formwidget.namedfile being an unneeded requirement. It is wrong there, this module is used in widgets.zcml.

Maybe the code is not looking yet in z3c:widgetTemplate directives.
