I think this is a very useful feature to have by default in ROFI : allows to search for a file. Ideally, full text search would be perfect ( see https://github.com/andersju/zzzfoo ) but if performances are note acceptable, it could be only a search based on filenames (see https://github.com/davatorium/rofi-scripts/tree/master/rofi-finder ).

If enabled, this also raises the question of having Tracker installed by default on Regolith.
