When I try to claim, it shows
ERROR: Error processing Instruction 3: Computational budget exceeded

What priority fee are you setting?

Fix: Increase compute units for claim transactions.
Non-dev fix: Buy a very small amount of ORE. Should work fine after that.

There's a very small chance that a wallet will exceed the computation units set when trying to find the ore associated token account. Buying ore creates that account for you, so the program will skip that making it possible to claim.
