I noticed there's no LICENSE file inside this repository. Before we make this repository public, we should consider properly license everything including but not limited to each crate in the repo.
According to the Internet the most proper way to license a Rust crate is dual-licensing under Apache-2.0 and MIT, as that is how most of the popular crates did it and we don't have a compelling reason to adopt a different license.
